JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Marketing Manager will work together with a small team of talented engineers and game designers to build and grow the company's social gaming business, beginning with the Facebook platform.

The Senior Marketing Manager will have responsibility for monetization and customer acquisition, working with the development team to develop, launch, iterate and optimize our products for commercial success. They will report to the VP of Marketing and work cross-functionally with teams from marketing, sales, the game studio, business development, iPhone, and other areas, as well as directly with the social gaming team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Analytic-driven leader with deep experience in online businesses.
• Business-focused, understanding requirements to deliver commercial success.
• Proven cross-functional team leader able to motivate and lead product teams to produce great products that are successful in the market place.
• Avid gamer, especially passionate about casual games.
• Active user of social networking/social web services such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5-10 years of online product management/product marketing management experience at strong, consumer-focused web sites, and gaming products.
• Direct experience at a social gaming company or a social networking company highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from a top school required; MBA preferred. Math/Statistics focus desired, ability to interpret analysis is critical.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
