Product Manager

Job Description:
This position is pivotal to the company and an outstanding opportunity for a results focused high achiever. The ideal candidate is creative with a technical background and strong business acumen (gained either through an MBA or experience). This person is a highly motivated self-starter who can lead innovative projects from conception through implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying trends and opportunities for our direct channel
- Researching potential new product features and opportunities
- Providing and gathering creative and analytical input into the business requirements of our product line
- Defining detailed specifications for new product features for engineering to implement
- Working with Marketing to implement and execute tactical marketing plans
- Refining, defining, and developing new processes for the management and support of existing product lines (for example, refining the publishing service processes to make them efficient)
- Defining and developing management metrics and reports
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant software product/project management experience
- Competence with typical product manager software tools and documents (budget, P&L, MRD, functional specification, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and operational responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding analytic skill sets
- Knowledgeable in internet and software technology
- Current US work authorization
Desired Experience:
- Internet and consumer e-commerce experience
- Experience with products targeted at the females age 30+ segment
- Experience in the video game industry, especially online/casual games
- Computer Science degree and/or technical work experience
- Experience with reporting tools and SQL
- MBA degree
