RICH ROBERTS JOINS PLAYFIRST AS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Pioneering Games Publisher Hires Industry Leader from Atari to Head Sales and Distribution of Popular Games

NEW YORK – April 19, 2005 - At the 3rd Annual Games & Mobile Forum PlayFirst, the leading full-service publisher of popular games, today announced that Rich Roberts has joined the company as vice president of sales and business development. A well-known figure in digital entertainment, Mr. Roberts will oversee the overall sales and distribution strategy for PlayFirst games.

Mr. Roberts joins PlayFirst from Atari where, as vice president of licensing and digital distribution, he led the digital distribution of Atari and Hasbro games. Mr. Roberts propelled the casual games industry forward by establishing a new publishing business for the casual games channel and built new revenue streams for Atari and Hasbro brands through games on demand and download sales programs.

Mr. Roberts is a graduate of Stonehill College with a degree in business administration.
