Evangeline Baumeister

Evangeline set out to restore honor to the family business by gathering the Baumeister family recipes from around the world. She has since retired from the chocolate business, and is content with owning and running a hotel in Cayenne. Still sharp as a tack, Evangeline is known for giving wise advice from time to time.

Rowena Baumeister

Rowena was Evangeline's estranged sister until they reunited. She was once married to Grimaldo, but later divorced him and went back to her maiden name. She is quiet and hardened from years of unhappiness.

Alexandra Tangye Fletcher

Granddaughter of Evangeline and Jarrah, Alex is independent and beautiful. A spirited rebel, Alex has inherited the same gusto her grandmother has, and is constantly going against the grain. With a strong desire to re-invigorate the family empire, Alex is turning towards the one thing that's been missing lately: innovation.

Sean Fletcher

A free spirited, adventurer, Sean is hardly ever in one place too long as he is too busy traveling the world. With long red-ish hair like fire, Sean is the best of both worlds: sweet, with a wild side. Noble and virtuous, Sean is the one thing Alexandra loves more than her chocolates.

Deiter Baumeister

Alexandra's granduncle, and Evangeline's younger brother, Deiter is a happy-go-lucky dream chaser. Although he owns a plantation in San Jose, Costa Rica, Deiter hasn't settled down one bit.

Joseph Tangye

The son of Evangeline, and father of Alexandra, Joseph is a conservative business man with a lack of judgment. Having led Baumeister Confections to mediocrity, Joseph constantly relied on the advice of an outside hire named Cristoph Moreno.

Zachariah Tangye

Grandson of Evangeline and Jarrah, Zachariah is the oldest brother of Alexandra. He is conservative like his father and is the next in line to running Baumeister Confections. He runs the Shanghai factory.

Loudon Tangye

Grandson of Evangeline and Jarrah. He is one of Alex's older brothers, a classic middle child. Like his siblings, he works for Baumeister Confections. He isn't as conservative as Zachariah, but not as free-spirited as Alex. He runs the flagship retail outlet in New York City.

Whitney Baumeister

Whitney is the only daughter of Deiter and Sarah. She runs a factory in Wellington, in addition to being a board member of Baumeister Confections.

Chas Baumeister

Chas is the second son of Deiter and Sarah. He lives in Cayenne with his aunt and uncle, Evangeline and Jarrah.

Felix Baumeister

Friendly and an all-around good guy, Felix is the classic peacemaker. He is the youngest brother of Evangeline. Felix moved to Casablanca, where he lives with his wife, Shani, and runs a shop while she runs the market.

Teddy Baumeister

Intelligent, helpful yet extremely secretive, Teddy is the eldest son of Deiter and Sarah. He runs the Secret Test Kitchen in Iceland. He loves tasting new recipes.

Jarrah Tangye

Jarrah married Evangeline’s and lives with her in Cayenne, where they run a cacao plantation. A romantic at heart, he wrote Evangeline many love letters in their youth.

Sara H. Baumeister

Sara is Evangline’s stunningly beautiful sister. She married Deiter and settled in San Jose, Costa Rica where they own and operate a small restaurant and chocolate shop. They love to travel, and still love chocolate. They had 4 children.

Christoph Moreno

A handsome, slick and sharp man, Joseph has handpicked and groomed Cristoph to become the next head of Baumeister Confections. Having worked his way up the Baumeister ladder, Cristoph slowly but surely gained more and more control of Joseph and the company's operations.

Wolf Fleischer

Head of Schokolade Weltreich, Wolf is one of Baumeister's biggest competitors. Vicious like his namesake, Wolf is patiently waiting for the Baumeister's demise.

Katherine Carpo

Shifty and sneaky, Katherine is Cristoph’s trusted minion in their quest to take over Baumeister Confections.

Tristan Moreno

Tristan is Christoph’s brother and loyal henchman at Baumeister Confections. He looks like Cristoph, but is not as well put together.
