You really need to serve enough snacks and for everyone to have desert, except joggers, and you need to chain them. Keeping everyone happy is the key to them ordering snacks and deserts. After you clear dishes you can stay at the podium untill it goes off 2-3 times to fill up the heart meters so everyone is quite happy when you seat them. Just make sure you wait for these things so you can chain them, you don't want to start taking orders and have someone ask for snacks. Likewise, you don't want to start passing out deserts and then someone asks for snacks, both will break your chain. The seating and color matches I think are easy enough so other than that, you will have to tell me more about how your playing, the more info you can give me, the better I can help you.

Good luck! Just remember to keep them happy, after giving checks or clearing dishes you can stay at the podium for a bit, letting it go off a few times will fill up the heart meters. Then when you seat everyone, quickly give drinks to anyone who's heart meter still needs a boost. You can also give drinks before and after you pass out food. The happier they are the more snacks and deserts they will have and when you chains those things you earn a lot of points!
