the purple guys on the cellphones don't show up for a long time until after the 4th round.
I still cannot meet the goal objective even after reading your tips.  :-(

Thanks to Jenny the master of this game.  The problem turned out to be my chaining of seating people, taking orders, giving orders, and then clearing out the dishes. That enabled me to get thru level 46; just haven't got the expert yet  :-)  I bow to the master!!
