Here is some help for level 45 for anyone who needs it, also I have included a seating arrangement with this one.

I got an expert score this way but I didn't have alot of extra points left over so you'll want to really try not to break chains and make good use of the color bonuses, try to chain snacks and deserts if you can. You need to seat and serve slower people first on each round, it helps them keep pace with the faster people and makes chaining easier. Just seat and serve them in the order I have listed. When the game starts go to the podium and wait. You get 2 girls, 2 lovebirds, 2 lovebirds, 4 bookworms, and 6 women. When the 6 women arrive, seat the 2 groups of 2 lovebirds and in a few seconds 2 tourists will arrive. As soon as the 2 tourists arrive, seat them, the 2 girls, and the 6 women. That will give you 5 tables for the first round and once you have them all seated you can give drinks to one table if you have time.

Pass out any snacks and once all the menus have been put down, take all the orders and if you didn't have time for drinks before, you can give them now. Go to the podium and make people happy then pass out all the food, mop spills, pass out snacks and pass deserts. After you pass out deserts check the line, if anyone seems unhappy go to the podium while people eat desert and then go around and give out just the checks, then go around again to collect dirty dishes. Now go back to the podium to make people happy once more before you seat the next round. If everyone seems ok after you pass out deserts, wait until after you give the checks, then go to the podium, then clear dirty dishes and go back to the podium again before seating the next round.

You'll do this same routine for each round of customers so from here I'll just list each round of customers to seat. For the second round you have 5 tables to seat, 2 women with babies, 2 girls, 2 joggers, a father and son, and 6 women. For the third round you have 4 tables to seat, 2 tourists, 4 girls, 6 women, and 4 phone yappers. For the fourth round you have 3 tables to seat, 1 girls, a family, and 6 women. Then for the fifth and final round you have 3 tables to seat, 2 groups of 4 bookworms and 4 old men. This may take a few tries before you get it, luck has a bit to do with it as well, you need people to order snacks and deserts and sometimes they don't. Let me know if your still stuck. Good luck!

Here is the seating arrangement for level 45. Sometimes you need to give up color bonuses to keep people away from noise, don't worry though, happy people order more snacks and deserts, you really need everyone to have desert, except joggers, they don't eat deserts. We'll start with the tables, you have 5 tables, 1 table for 6, 2 tables for 4 and 2 tables for 2. Up front is your table for 6 and on the right of it is a table for 4 that we'll call 4A, the table for 4 in the back by the cook we'll call table 4B. The 2 tables for 2 in the middle will be 2A and 2B. Table 2A is the one on the left and 2B is the one on the right.

I didn't mention every match, just the most obvious ones. I know there are places where i could have made better matches but I chose this way to keep the noisy people away from those that don't like it. Keep them up to almost full hearts with drinks and the podium and they should order enough snacks to get you enough points. Good luck!

Thanks, Jen. I have been playing this game for several months. I've gotten expert for the other four but Restaurant 5 has always given me trouble. Since I found this forum, I have been able to acheive expert for levels 42, 43, and 45. You are right about 45. It took me several tries to make expert, even following your guidelines, but I finally did it! (Like you, with just a few extra points.) I just have to make expert on 46 and 50. Thanks to your great guidance, it will be no problem.
