I clicked exit on the map and still lost all the upgrades.  I'm now playing from the beginning for the third time!

Really? So I wasn't right.

It's making me mad, cause the game is great overall.

I guess the only way is to just minimize window and don't exit the game. But it's hard since usually people don't use computer 24h. :/

I thought I could work around it by changing the player profile and then exiting.  That doesn't work either.  I'm not playing anymore.  Not until they come up with a patch or something first.

Lori, I feel the same way, my cat accidentally turned off my computer when I was playing it and when I came back, everything was gone again, it makes the higher levels close to impossible to win.  I have started over 3 times, and I am tired of starting over, so I am not playing it anymore til they have a patch.

I just emailed support, I would have thought someone from Playfirst would have read this by now, but its obvious they haven't.  I am close to asking for my money back unless they do have a fix for this.  I know some people who can finish the game the very first time they open it, but I don't have that kind of time, since im addicted to other games too, lol.

I have been seeing the same kinds of things tonight so I will email them too. Let me know if you hear anything and I will do the same ok?  Such a cute game it's a shame there are problems but hopefully like you said there will be a patch or fixed version soon.

I can't remember what forum I was in, but they are working on fixing the problem with the upgrades so we can expect something soon.  It was someone from the PlayFirst staff and they posted that they were on it.  Hope this helps.

Hey guys good news!  I mentioned to one of the PF employees in another thread about the upgrades issue and he said that they are aware of it and looking into a fix for it so you might want to hold off on your games until  you hear something which will probably be soon.

Hi, everyone! I'm having the same problem and have written to PF yesterday. I received a reply this morning (Singapore time) and was asked to uninstall, clear my cookies and cache files before opening a new browser to download and re-install the game. I did all but the same thing happened again. I have even tried installing it on another computer with same result. Funny thing is I couldn't find the "Save & Exit" in this latest version. Anyway, I have just updated PF on the progress and attached my dxdiag file for their analysis. Hope they will come up with a solution fast so we can all enjoy the game.
