Thanks for your update Teresa, but it seems like that is the usual thing they tell you to do, like its our fault its happening.
Kel, I am glad you got someone at Playfirst to tell you that they were aware of the problem, I haven't played it since my cat turned off my computer.  I told the cats they were not allowed on the computer, but they always do it, just like kids, lol j/k.

I too am losing my upgrades. I've tried save & exit as well as exit from the map yet each time I start playing the game again, my upgrades are gone. Last night before I lost power, I had fully upgraded the shoes, feeding bottle, diaper, changing table, the bed and the toys yet now I have nothing.  This is really aggravating, it's the 3rd time its happened.  I've sent a message to PF too and heard nothing back. VERY disappointing and frustrating because PF doesn't seem to care to even respond. If I don't see something by tomorrow, I'm going to ask for my money back.  I know this didn't happen in the first daycare game so I don't know why it would now.

You know what makes me mad? They shoved this game through so it could be out before Halloween, but they put Fitness Dash on hold to work out the bugs.

This is a game where you don't even get medals for it. So, who cared that it came out early? Nobody. And here we all are with this huge bug in it!

Has the bug been fixed in this yet?  I want to finish it, but I am not playing it again until it is fixed, too frustrating

I e-mailed playfirst for help and this is what they sent me....floodgate does not have patch listed on their site yet...can someone call them or try what play first has suggested...I really don't have the time to do these right now!!!

Thank you for contacting PlayFirst.
We apologize that you are having difficulty with your game. Try the suggestions below, if it does not remedy the issue send us your DxDiag file and we will forward this to the developer in case a fix can be initiated. We also recommend that you contact the developer of this game-Floodgate Entertainment directly informing them of the issue, as they may already have a patch or fix available for you to download. Here is a link to their site:
http://www.floodg.com/contact.html Here are some additional things to try: - First, uninstall the game and re-download the installer from our site. Once you've reinstalled it, try unlocking the game again. - Close other programs that might be running in the background. If you are still experiencing issues with your game please send us your DxDiag file. Make sure to attach this e-mail so that we can assess the issue. You can create the file by following these steps: 1. Click on the Windows "Start" button in the lower left corner of your screen. 2. Click the "Run" icon in the lower right section of the newly appeared start box. 3. Type in the box "dxdiag" and click "OK" 4. If you are asked something about WHQL signatures you can answer "no" 5. Click on "Save all information" - leave the default file name of "DxDiag.txt" and save the file to your Desktop. 6. Reply to this email attaching the DxDiag file. Sorry for the inconvenience. Sincerely, The PlayFirst Team

That is their typical response, I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game, and it still happens.

I agree with you plush.  Telling us to send them our DXDIAG is going to do absolutely nothing, its not our computers that is causing this problem, its the game, and then they tell us to contact Floodgate, well I went on their site and its not even on there.  I am actually getting really frustrated.

I played straight through the game. Not only do you lose upgrades when you shut it off, but in the higher levels, you can't even buy them.

For example, on level 42 I had two upgrades left to buy. They were both for $3200.
I bought one. When I went back to the store to buy the other one, it was gone. I noticed that on a few other things as well. I couldn't get the last upgrade because it wasn't there.

This is bulls*#$.  I was really looking to play this game because I loved the first one.  Now I'm forced to stop playing.  The worst part is PF doesn't seem to care.
