I can't believe this :( I noticed if you quit without closing the game all the upgrades will still be there but if you close the game entirely and and try and reopen it everything is gone.  This would be a good game without this major glitch.  Any word if this will be fixed or not?  If not I want a refund.

Yeah I agree with you Lori, they give you the typical BS when there is a problem, send us your DXDIAG, which has absolutely nothing to do with these games doing this.  ITS THE GAME, PLAYFIRST, NOT OUR COMPUTERS.  You think they would have figured this out since its happening to almost everyone, if not everyone.

I hope I don't get in trouble for posting this but I was one of the main programmers on this game and I guess this slipped through the QA testing. I have alerted my boss to this problem and I will do everything I can to ensure that it gets fixed. I apologize for the delays and any frustration this has caused and I am sure it will be fixed as soon as possible. I have been watching these forums and waiting and (hoping) that this problem would get fixed quickly and without me needing to get involved but I think it is being ignored... I will try to get it corrected.
Thank you.

Ok just heard back from my boss and we are working on contacting Floodgate. I have volunteered to fix this problem personally if necessary so things should get fixed soon with any luck..
Thank you and we appreciate your patience in this matter.

Normally I don't comment on what others say, this time is an exception.  You are busy complainging about the BS about thier fixing the game.  If you had read one of the other forums for Daycare Nightmare you might have noticed that playfirst and floodgate are aware of the problem and are working to correct it, even the bottom of this forum says the same thing.  Why is is people expect a problem to be fixed immediately upon a complaint.  I do know that fixing one error can cause a whole lot of new coding and changes through out the game, it doesn;t just affect one area, but each and every area where the goods will show,  SO give them a chance and I know they will fix it

We weren't complaining about "their fixing the game."  We were not pleased with the email response we got from Playfirst.  Nobody suggested that Playfirst was to fix the problem immediately.

We wanted them to fix the game, because if we bought something, we should have a game that works, thats what we are paying for.  This is one of the forums that should have been mentioning that the issue was being fixed, since this *IS* the forum for the game.
