Ok sssseriously.....lvl 31 is horrible

I know there is a possibility that I am just really tired of staring at the screen or something but for the life of me I cannot beat this level!  What gives?  Anyone have a tip on this one because I've done it like a billion times (ok maybe not, but I've been on the same level for 4 hours and this is getting ridiculous!)  HELP!

And one might ask if that is something any mortal can do...safely? - Frank Herbert
