I just tried again for a bit but I am still struggling. I will say that my scores are much higher now using your tips.  I am certain it all has to do with the exercise mats and they are the key to high scores in this game. I was able to get within 800 of expert using the mats. I am going to keep at it until I finally beat that darn level. LOL  Thanks for the help. :)

Have a wonderful day! ☺

I put every person on a mat before a work out, before a shower, and when I have to move them to a new machine, and I mean everyone!  Also, like Sharon says, I keep one of each machine and one mat for each color.  When I can I buy the third mat to have in case someone is upset and I need to put them there and give them a drink, this way it leaves my other 2 mats open so I can continue with my routine and not mess up my colors.

I have some more tips to add, I'm not sure if this was posted yet.  Of course when you have only 2 colors you use one of each machine for each color, same with mats and showers.  Once you have 3 colors  obviously buy a 3rd mat and shower for the extra color, and then for the machines you have 2 machines for cardio, 2 for strength, and then 2 eliptical machines that provide both exercises.  So I used a cardio and strength machine for red, a cardio and strength machine for blue, and then I used both eliptical machines for yellow.   Your blue and reds will have to share/swap machines.  You can use whatever machines for the colors you want, thats just how I did it.   Also, don't be afraid to let some people leave if you have to, preferably the slow people and people who tip less.  On level 5-8 I lost 3 people and still had almost 10,000 points over expert score.  Good luck!!

I figured out to win 4.9 you really need to upgrade the showers, I have tried for 2 days on that level, and  I finally won that level.

Upgrade the equiptment and her speed ASAP. I was able to get expert on all levels playing through the game a second time. Upgrade towel machine, juice, water.

For the 5th gym, about halfway through I started counting how many of each color came through for the level. I just started observing the game and watched everyone leave and then played the level.

I tried to do as other people said with the color matching. I would put them back on the mat before the showers if it was available or in between equipment.

I noticed that with the celebrity girl in the fith gym, if she was really happy, you get 700 pts when she leaves. So you don't want to lose her towards the later rounds, particularly on level 5-10.

Level 5-10 I must have played for 2 - 2 1/2 hours before I got expert. I was able to get expert losing 4 people. But I think it's who you lose that makes a big difference. When I lost 6 people I didn't make expert.

Use the end machines that are for strength and cardio wisely. I always made both of mine the same color for about 5-6 through 5-10. Mine were red, my front two blue (L-R), and the back 2 yellow (L-R).

Pay attention as to whether they want 1 or 2 cardio, same with strength. I would give priority on the bench press or abdominal cruncher to those that wanted weights only or 2 weights. Same with the cardio machines. If someone had cardio only or 2 cardios, then I would usually try to put them on the stepper or bike first.

You get a chain bonus for putting people in the shower right after one another. Like if you put red, yellow, and blue. So if you have 2 or 3 people that want to go to the shower at the same time and they're different colors, it's best to do them one after another if you can. You can still use the mats.

The first group of people the came in, I always tried to put them on the mats to set up the color bonuses.
