Bump.  Gonna give it another go.  Never made expert on 4th or 5th tug of war.  Gonna try Mrspockfan's tips now.

Give it a go...it works! I got expert on the last 2 tug of wars last weekend.
 
Pick 2 colors you want to change them all to, and you can do it.  It does get frustrating when you almost make it and the row gets added, but keep changing them all to the same color.  Eventually you will get just 2 or 3 blocks you have to change for the final knockout.

Yay!!!!!!!!! I did it!!!!!!!! I got expert on 4th and 5th tug of war on my first try using the tips of choosing 2 colors and turning them to match the other 2 colors!!!! It works great!!!!!!

Now I need to go finish getting expert on levels 5.5 thru 5.10.  I had stopped trying because I though the tug of wars were going to keep me from getting my expert medal and that would've made me real upset.  Wish me luck!!!
 
And thanks to all who gave such great tips and well wishes!!!

Now, I need to get expert on 5.4 thru 5.10 and I'm rusty at this game, lol, but I'm happy to be replaying it.  I really liked this game!!  Thanks again!!!

those tug of wars were hard. i really hope they come
out with fitness dash 2(without the tug of wars)    ;)
