Tips Rankings

I have a question about the rankings for Tips.  I did check out the link about the rankings but I would like to know how many points would make members move up in rank.  Thank you.  :)

Well, that isn't exactly what I meant.  I did check out the link about how many questions a member can ask depending on rank.  What I meant was how many points are needed to move up the next rank.  For example, moving up from First Time Tipper to Frugal Tipper.  There is nothing that explains about that.

I don't think it's the points that counts, if you compare my rank and points with Candycrazy you'll see that she has more points than me, but I have a higher rank than her.

Thank you for explaining, Camisado.  I guess if my answers get voted as the best ones, the rank will move up?  I don't post very much so I spend most of my time in the Tips section.  I like to help people out as much as possible.  :)

Every 4000 points, a member moves up a star rank....

Hello msdiva,

I would like to ask if you are sure about that.  Now I am a frugal tipper but I moved up in rank from first time tipper after having amassed 2000 points.  Currently, I am just under 4000 points.
