Ok. I have been stuck on this level for a couple of months now. Any tips?

lol for months on level 16? ease up on the alcohol when playing...its no way possible someone can be stuck on level 16 for that long unless you have a learning disability

Just ignore him, he's an unhappy boy. Anyhow, I think I can help you. First of all there is a little trick I learned from someone with the podium. We all know how the podium works, you go there and wait, the heart gets bigger, it "pops" and music sounds then people are happy. Well right after you hear the music and people get happy, click the heart on the podium and it will start all over, you wont have to wait for it. So you can stand there and keep clicking the heart and making them happy untill all the customers heart meters are full. Just make sure you wait for the music before you click, you dont want it to start over before people are happy. Your going to seat 4 tables at a time and dont seat any bookworms untill the end of the shift, do all the other customers first.

Use the color bonuses as best as you can and use the families to separate the phone yappers from others, also keep phone yappers on corner or outside tables. When it starts go to the podium and keep making people happy while you wait for the right customers. Once your 4 tables are seated get any high chairs you need and give drinks to one table. Give the drinks to phone yappers or women as they'll tip better, unless another table needs them. Take all the orders at once and while food cooks go to the podium to make them happy once. Pass out the food and again give drinks to one table, you could also give the drinks before you pass out the food. Wait for a family to spill then give all the checks. You dont want to start giving checks and then have a family spill cuz mopping the spill will break your chain, so will giving drinks.

Chaining is important so try not to break them. After you give all the checks go back to the podium and keep making them happy while you again wait for customers other than bookworms. When you have enough then go clear all the dishes, seat the next 4 tables and do the whole routine again. After the second round all i had was 4 groups of customers that were not bookworms. There was 2 groups of 6 girls, 1 group of 2 girls and a group of 2 phone yappers. With only one table for 6 you can't seat the 4 groups together so i just seated the 3 tables this round and then I did the last group of 6 girls with 3 tables of bookworms on the next round. Get the bookworms seated first though as they take longer, do the whole routine again and after that you should have 2 tables of bookworms left to seat. This is how i got an expert score, if you need more info just let me know. Good luck!
