Hi. I know that this must really sound unaware.

After you complete each level, it shows you a page with your level total and overall total. Six other numbers also appear on the page such as "best combo run" and "pusher bonuses".

What have I done on the level to have gotten these numbers?? What is a "combo run"? How do I earn a "pusher bonus"?

In other words, what did I do in the level to have gotten these six additional stats?
