hey does any one knows whene aveyond 3 is going to be realesed ?

Probably sometime next year. All the writing is done, they are in production phase. The title is Aveyond 3 Lord of Twilight. You can read more about it in Amanda's blog on the Aveyond site here:

There are also 2 interviews with some of the characters in the blog as well. Sounds like a great game, can't wait to add it to my Aveyond Collection :)

Wasn't this game originally a show?? I remember seeing this somehwere, but can't quite put my finger on it.

Pinkminx, No I don't think so, I haven't heard anything about it at least.

When i got on Amaranth website,it said Game Alert,Like Aveyond?Come back Dec 19,For an awesome new game.I dont know if it is Aveyond3,or the other game they are working on.I think one of the words in the title is Gyspy.I dont remember the title.I think it is to soon for Aveyond3.

I checked out the site as well and I don't think the info there should be trusted at all.  Some of my friends who used to be members there told me that when games are advertised to come out on a particular date, the reality is that they will be released MUCH later than expected.  So I wouldn't take their word that whatever game will be released on the 19th.  I wouldn't hold my breath on it.

And with AV3, I usually like the AV series but this one has me skeptical.  I read the blogs but they don't provide any new info on what the game will be about.  What's the point of posting such blogs without giving people new info to whet their appetites and make them look forward to the game?

I am glad told me about that.I just get on Amaranth to check games.Some times i get on the forums,and read the posts.I hope Aveyond3,is out before long.

Eventhough they did say it was released on the 19th, it might not be true. From what I heard the last time they made AV2, they only release that a month after the date fixed. Also, what they released are also not in the fullest version of it.

I hardly trust they will release it on time, even if they did it might not be good enough. As far as I know, they even trying to ask the forum guild members to supply them the ideas, if she do that it she (Amanda) won't be much of an indie developer herself. On top of that, who will she credit? The guild or the people?

Maybe we should wait til like well... next year? That's only where the fullest version is released.

Oh and by the way its Aveyond 3: Gypsy's Tale I think

It totally confuse me that whether is she using the name Gypsy or that performer's profession. Either way, it seems that it could be copied from Bard's Tale.
