hey. i have the game, but i need an unlock key. where do i get it from?

You have to BUY the game first, then you'll get the unlock key;}}

I cannot unlock the key.  I verified the key and is the same as I have put in but said it is incorrect.  My e-mail is also correct.  I am putting the key in capital letters as you have written.
What is wrong?  Please explain.

1. buy the game
2. download the game
3. type in the unlock key you got or type in your username/email-adress and your password

There is anyone here who would give you his/her key.
