Diner Dash + Together???

When I check my medals, I keep seeing this one that says "Diner Dash + Together". 
 
What exactly is that?  Is it another, newer version of Diner Dash?

The Together option allows you to chat and play online with other DD fans. You can work competitively or cooperatively, your choice.  Select the "Together" icon to check it out!

But as I read some more, it seems they've discontinued the Together option entirely. Shame, as I thought it was a fun change.

Yeah they must of done, because i have the game and there is no button :(
Shame that, that could of been quite interesting!!
