You don't - she finds you. Several people in the game are like that - they only appear when you are on your way from one place to another.

Isabella Baumeister, she doesn't have a stable home. She travel around the world. So if you happen to have a mission regarding her. She will just meet you in your trips.

i think i may be looking for her, i've travellled and travelled around the whole map at least 5 times and she hasn't shown up. i may be thinking of the wrong person though..

In the first game she is in the manson at the cliff in San fransisco or you found her in travels.
In the second game she is in Cayene or traveling.
In the third game she is in Braumster confections in San fransisco.

Malvodion - you're thinking of Evangelina Baumeister. Isabella will find you in your travels when you have all necessary chocolates together. Check in your journal how much time you have left from your quest (she gives you a time interval, like 6 weeks or whatever), and she'll be looking for you by the end of it.

Hi, If I remember correctly, Isabella shows up around the time of opening Colombo port. Like others have said, she travels around and "will find you in her travels" Try opening the hotel in Colombo a few times - also the building next to the chocolate shop. Good Luck!
