I work on a mac but also have a PC and have never had this
problem, but in your Norton is there anyway to create a
"rule" to allow the game to connect to the internet??
I used to have Norton, but found soo many problems
with it I gave up and have something called Avast, which is
basically the same thing only easier to use. When I
very first install a game or connect to the account to
submit scores etc it asks me to allow or cancel and when I
click a little box at the side it "allows" this all the
time, so if I submit more than one score it won't always
come up. I do remember Norton having a similar type of
thing, but haven't used it in a long time so I can't
remember how to do this. Maybe if you look at your
settings or something it might help. Failing that
contact PlayFirst support and ask their help, because I'm
sure they'll be familiar with most problems. Good
