Windows Vista not allowing download

Does anyone know how I get past whatever aggressive program Vista has that is keeping me from playing Pet Shop Hop?  I have had this problem before and I cannot figure out how to bypass or disable the function.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
