Expert on level 5-5

Posted: January 15, 2009 at 03:17
Does anyone have any extra hints or tips to help me get expert on this level??  I have played all the other levels so far and got expert scores, but this one is just so hard. First score I had was 24,000 and now I have 26,450 but I need 29,000.  I'm trying not to lose as many customers, but it's way too hard. I constantly have people on the mats and machines, but still people get annoyed and leave and I can't do anything about it. I had at first lost 9 customers, but now it's only 7, but this is after countless tries. Please help! Debz :)

Looking forward to Wedding Dash 3 ♥, it's gotta be easier than the 2nd ;)

well this is maybe my second post here  i mostly do tips but i have passed that level at 3500 so

here is the break down

first of all do all the fast ladies inpatient ones first take them out of line put the slow old ones on the mat keep them watered dont worry about losing customers or you lose the  rythum you need to concentate on the ones you have on the machines and remember to chain everyting and color everything

Thanks for the tips Demon, but I already do that and am about 4,000 points off the expert. I have played all the levels through and get to this and it just goes downhill. I've been trying constantly since January, can anyone else give some helpful tips for this level and the ones after. It'd be greatly appreciated. Debz :)

Hi Debz!
Sorry your stuck.  Are you putting the customers on the mat before and after they exercise?  Even if it's just for a second, drop 'em there to really increase the color bonuses.
I hope someone gives you the help you need.  I will go back and replay and see if I can find anything that might help.
Good luck!

Hi Joeswife, yeah I am doing that constantly, but I think I lose too many customers. I lost 7 the last time I played which is a step up from 9, but I am getting so frustrated with this. Any other tips you have I'd love to hear, many thanks. Debz :)

I'm stuck here too.  Let me know if you figure it out Debz, lol.  I went on and made expert on 5.6 and now working on 5.7.  I'll come back to this one last probably.  It's really hard.

Debz,  I was able to get expert on 5.5 after 2 nights of trying.  Do you have the attendant girl (jogger from Diner Dash) upgraded to 3 stars yet?  I was mistakenly upgrading the water and towels to 3 stars first instead of her and couldn't get expert. Then I upgraded her to 3 stars, water to only 2 stars, and towels to 3 stars.  I did still lose 7 customers but was able to get expert. I tried not to lose the higher paying customers.  Also I had been trying to put them on the mat after working out and fill their hearts all the way up by giving water. I had been trying to do that to all of them but it's not possible. It took too long and too many customers were lost. Instead I focused on putting them all on the mat both before and after workout (and using the color bonuses too of course), and I gave water to fill their hearts before going in shower only if there was time and no one was about to leave. It's amazing how much faster she could go with 3 stars instead of only 2.  Hope some of this info may help you some.  I know it's frustrating to be stuck on a level.  Have fun, and happy gaming to you!!

I did things a little differently and got over 31,000 this morning.  Pinky probably did better.

Upgrades:
3 mats and showers of course
water- 3 stars
towels- 2 stars
juice- 2 stars
Jo- 2 stars
left middle ab machine- 3 stars
bottom right dual apparatus- 2 stars

Hit the juice and muffin makers as soon as you start.  Leave the granny and soccer mom in line, and use the businesswomen and bride (I think) to color code your mats and equipment.  My mats were (top to bottom) yellow, red, blue, not that it really matters.  Everyone probably has their own regular placement they'll want to stick with.
Anyway, I made all the equipment on the left side red because there were so many customers of that color and I wanted to be able to put them on the mat in between exercises too.
I made the top right and middle right equipment yellow and the bottom right blue.
Keep the high payers happy with water.  Catch the bookworms, grannies, and soccer moms when they get down to half a heart.
I always give the soccer mom a muffin before she even asks for a towel.
Be sure to double click juice and muffins, so they will make more.
Toward the end, I turned the bottom left machine yellow as I had the mat and other yellow machines occupied.

Things I'm sure you already do:
chain towel clean up and bottle pick up
one shower per color just like the mats
chain machine cleaning as much as possible

I only lost 2 customers, and that does seem to be key.  Serve as many people as possible even if they're not totally happy, or you'll spend all your time picking up water bottle.

Hopefully, some of this makes sense and will help someone.

Wow!  Sorry about that mess.  I had it saved in Word because I knew I was going to get logged out before I finished and didn't want to have to type it again. Oops!
Next time I'll type without interruptions all around me. :((
