Mini-Games: Known bug: working on a fix

Fellow Chocolatier fans,
 
We are aware of a bug in Ch ocolatier 3 where mini games do not function properly. On some video cards there is an issue that causes some ingredients to miss a tray that should have accepted them, causing the ingredient to be counted as wasted, where is really should have been counted as an accepted ingredient. 
 
Currently we are aware that the video cards with the following chip sets have this problem:
Intel 82845 and SiS Mirage. There may be others as well that we have not discovered. 
 
We sincerely apologize for the difficulty, our engineers are working diligently on creating a fix.

I had this problem when I played the game in First Peek even & had hoped that it woulb be fixed by the time they released the game...hope that patch comes soon...I am spending a lot of time trying to make chocolates...My normal aim in Chocolatie 1 & 2 was not this bad!

I'm really glad to know that this problem is being worked on.  I've really been looking forward to this game, and want to buy the full version when this problem is solved.  Other than this issue, I enjoyed the trial version.

I have already bought the game and am looking forward to the fix. I have the Intel chip set.  I am pushing through the game, but it is really difficult to make over 5 chocolates. Thanks for working on it!

I'm running a GeForce and am experiencing the same thing.  The problem is intermitent but seriously annoying.

I just wanted to say thank you for reporting on the issue and posting that you are working on it!  

I have the Intel chip and will look forward to reading the status of the fix here.

(I've had a few bugs, but I still think it's an absolutely AWESOME game!!!!)

Make sure you have the latest GeForce drivers from www.nvidia.com.  My desktop is running a GeForce card and it hasn't had problems. :)

Of course, my laptop is running an SiS card and it's just terrible! :(  And I can't seem to transfer the save games...ah well..

How do I know what sort of card I am using?
 
I too am having this problem and very disappointed.
 
I can only make 1 on the very first go and nothing with the milk chocolate so gave up.
 
Won't be buying the game unless I am guaranteed that this problem can be fixed.

yeah... just finished the demo (I LOVE Chocolatier, so was excited to see this one!) and came to ask if anyone else had the same problem. Of course, I do have Intel... So now that I know it's a known bug, I'll wait until the problem's fixed. Hopefully soon :) good luck!
