When I go to my account it shows my puchase. Then I go to purchase history and it says no purchases.
It also tells me in the unlock key code that I don't have any.
I have just tried logging in to start the game, tells me it's the wrong log in. I'm about to give up...and get a refund. Can you buy these games in any stores?

Welcome to PlayFirst boxer, I'm sorry to hear you're having so much trouble.  Normally PlayFirst send you unlock keys straight away but I had a problem with getting this game credited to my account aswell.  I would advise you contact PlayFirst support by clicking the support tab at the top right hand corner of the screen, they will normally get back to you in a day or so, just explain your problem and they'll look into it.  I got a reply within 2 days, but I'm in the UK and sent the e-mail at a weird time, you should get a confirmation e-mail straight away to say that you're e-mail has been sent, just double check you type in the correct e-mail address.  If you send it now, they should check it tomorrow and contact you then.  Good luck and I hope you get it sorted. |Same prob here. Im on my 2nd day after emailing and still heard nothing. Im in uk too but will give it till monday then i suppose i had better contact them again and wait again lol

Hi casey00kat and welcome to the forums!  I would say wait until Tuesday, as they are like 8 hours behind and if they e-mail back it's normally in the afternoon for them, so it's more like Monday night or the early hours of Tuesday morning.  I would suggest if you don't hear anything by Tuesday morning, you contact them again and make sure you say you've e-mailed them before and even copy and paste what you originally wrote.  Normally they are pretty good with their replies, although since it's the weekend and I think they're closed, it's gonna take a few days.  Anyway, I hope you get it sorted!
