Welcome to PlayFirst boxer, I'm sorry to hear you're having so much trouble.  Normally PlayFirst send you unlock keys straight away but I had a problem with getting this game credited to my account aswell.  I would advise you contact PlayFirst support by clicking the support tab at the top right hand corner of the screen, they will normally get back to you in a day or so, just explain your problem and they'll look into it.  I got a reply within 2 days, but I'm in the UK and sent the e-mail at a weird time, you should get a confirmation e-mail straight away to say that you're e-mail has been sent, just double check you type in the correct e-mail address.  If you send it now, they should check it tomorrow and contact you then.  Good luck and I hope you get it sorted.
