I just purchased SSP and I can't find it anywhere within my game. I've read about unlock keys? Do you need one for SSP? If so, where do you enter it?

Sorry, I'm used to purchasing the additional single games and they'll automatically show up.

I believe your episodes that come in the SSP will be unlocked in Hometown Hero Gourmet. All of the Diner Dash episodes (when downloaded on PlayFirst) are in the Hometown Hero Gourmet game. If you don't have Hometown Hero Gourmet, download it, go in and click on story mode, follow the arrows for the train and you will find your SSP episodes there. Make sure you are connected to the internet when you play Hometown Hero Gourmet so it can update with the games you have purchased. If your SSP episodes are not unlocked, it will say Try Me when you go in Hometown Hero. When you play the trial, you will then get the screen where you can enter your unlock key. Good luck. Have fun. They are a great bunch of games. Be sure to try the episodes in Fairy Tales. They are a riot. Check out all the stuff in the restaurants. Someone has a great imagination to have created them. They are wonderful . . . as are all the Diner Dash episodes.

Yes, I have HH Gourmet. I think I found them, but I'm not sure. I went into, for example, the Crypt Cafe and it started me at the very beginning. In fact it doesn't appear that ANY of the games have been played.

Does SSP automatically start you at level one of each restaurant?

Also, I've created a couple of other player names, so would the SSP bundle be within the ORIGINAL player name that was created when I first started the game?

Never mind about my questions. I'm having the same problem I've heard others have had, the game is just not there. I'm asking for a refund.
