I've been trying for about a week and no matter what i do i can not get even close to the amount of points i need! any tips??

Hi FloDrea and welcome to the forums. I noticed there wasn't a walkthrough for this level, so I decided to make one. I hope this helps you.
Ok, so I managed to get expert and pass with 15895 but this round is hard because there's only 4 tables, but you need to seat people in the order of how patient they will be in line.  I served the businesswomen/chatterboxes first, as they are the most impatient and the Bookworms/Elderly last as they are the least. A lot of the time I went up the line to do this, missing certain customers out, so I could seat the more important ones first.

There's 4 tables in total, one 6 top, two 4 top and one 2 top. I numbered them as follows. The first 4 top one at the top right hand side (next to the drinks counter) is Table 1, then the 6 top one is Table 2 then the other 4 top one next to the 6 top is Table 3, with the 2 top one being Table 4.

Start out at the podium, fill it up, I went back and forth to the drinks counter and grabbed two drinks in between filling the podium up and waiting for more customers to come in. You don't have to do this, but it's an added boost for when you seat people (especially Chatterboxes/Businesswomen)

The routine is the same as usual, seat all 7 tables and give drinks, wait at the podium until all are ready to order. Take all orders to the station and serve the food. Serve any snacks quickly if you can or if no requests, go to the podium and fill it up. Go back and mop spills, serve snacks and then deserts, before returning to the podium. Back to the tables and click once to serve checks. Fill podium again, back to tables and clear dishes, then fill the podium up again before seating next round. You can go back and forth and pick up two drinks like I do before I seat people, but you don't have to. I only do this as I feel it helps anyone who's not fully happy or who gets impatient waiting for you to take their order. 

Before you start, I have listed these in particular order of when to seat them, i.e. Bookworms/Elderly first as they take the longest to order, wait a couple of seconds before seating Lovebirds, Joggers, Families, Girls, Tourists & Women with babies, then again another couple of seconds before seating the Chatterboxes/Businesswomen. I also took the orders in the way I listed them, this just means everyone's finished around the same time and you can get back to the podium faster. Also the numbers in brackets are how many people there are to seat, i.e. most of the time it's 2 or 4 but sometimes it's 6.

I waited until the 6 Businesswomen came in while standing at the podium, then I seated them as follows (waiting a couple of seconds between seating the Tourists and Businesswomen):

Tourists (2) - Table 1
Businesswomen (6) - Table 2

Round 2
Joggers (2) - Table 3
Family (4) - Table 2
Businesswomen (2) - Table 4

Round 3
** This round, seat the Lovebirds ahead and take their order first so that they are in line when it comes to deserts, as they are slower than the businesswomen. Also watch the 4 Businesswomen and give a drink if they get unhappy at the Lovebirds noise! I also served the deserts to the Businesswomen first, then the Lovebirds and then gave the joggers and Businesswomen their checks, before returning to the podium and filling it up before giving the Lovebirds their check (just cause they are slow and the Chatterboxes get impatient, also the podium doesn't break a chain!)

**This round I sat everyone and used the phone to call the little drinks guys. He kept them all happy at the tables, while I filled up the podium a lot to keep the Chatterboxes.

Round 5
**This round is tricky as I had to put Chatterboxes next to quiet people. But as soon as I sat the Bookworms and Elderly I grabbed a couple of drinks and kept a hold of them to give to the Bookworms when they got annoyed. (Note: Since you should still have the little drinks guy at this point, the drinks should be lit up constantly, so you can grab two at the same time, without waiting for it to fill up again!)

Also for this round, I gave the chatterboxes their desert and check fast to get them out of there and I filled the Bookworms up on drinks before and after their desert. I also only picked up the 6 top tables' plates and left the rest till the end when the game was finished. You don't have to do this, but since I couldn't fill the podium as I was too busy giving drinks in the last round, the Bookworms waiting were a little annoyed, so I sat them right away and fed them loads of drinks.
