Ok, so here's a walkthrough I created. Hopefully this will help you out.
**Just a little side note, Jeny I think your walkthroughs are great and I don't want to step on anyone's toes here, I did check the forums for a walkthrough by you or anyone else and couldn't find one.**
Start out at the podium, fill it up, I went back and forth to the drinks counter and grabbed two drinks in between filling the podium up and waiting for more customers to come in. You don't have to do this, but it's an added boost for when you seat people (especially Chatterboxes)

Ok, you have seven tables in total, four 2 top tables and three 4 top ones. The one by the order station on the left is table 1, and moving down we have 2 and 3, then the middle one is 4, then the top right hand side one next to the drinks station is 5 and moving down we have 6 and 7. This is just to give an idea of where to seat people. All numbers in brackets is how many people in the party (most are 2 people, but some have 4).

The routine is the same as usual, seat all 7 tables and give drinks, wait at the podium until all are ready to order. Take all orders to the station and serve the food. Serve any snacks quickly if you can or if no requests, go to the podium and fill it up. Back to the tables and click once to serve checks. Fill podium again, back to tables and clear dishes, then fill the podium up again before seating next round. You can go back and forth and pick up two drinks like I do before I seat people, but you don't have to. I only do this as I feel it helps anyone who's not fully happy or who gets impatient waiting for you to take their order.

Before you start, I have listed these in particular order of when to seat them, i.e. Bookworms/Elderly first as they take the longest to order, wait a couple of seconds before seating Lovebirds, Joggers, Families, Girls, Tourists & Women with babies, then again another couple of seconds before seating the Chatterboxes. I also took the orders in the way I listed them, this just means everyone's finished around the same time and you can get back to the podium faster.

You should also try for colour matching, I listed these in order of how far up the line, so for example you see 2 sets of Bookworms, who are both waiting in the line. The ones first in line (closest to the podium) go at table 1 and the second set at table 2. This way you should build up some colour bonus points.

Sorry, this part got cut out of the top.
I managed to get 17540 in this level using this exact walkthrough, but you do have to be quick sometimes. If you try it once and can't handle all 7 tables, take it down to 4 or 5, which will still get you pretty good chaining points. I should say that although this is the way I passed, you can change whatever you need to and if you aren't going to fill all tables, you should take the most impatient customers i.e. Chatterboxes first before Bookworms and Elderly, as the Bookworms will wait patiently in line for you.
