I'm Stuck

I gave Toto the knowledge pill and he sniffed the piece of pumpkin, now what?  I seem to be stuck. I went back to the pumpkin patch - nothing new there.  I keep going to the same places over and over but not moving forward at all.  Please help.

give (show) the pumpkin to Pumpkin Jack...then confront Captain Bill....go to university to get knowledge pills on Captain...Jack...
