Ok, I think my title kinda explained everything..... So I need help! Thanks to all who helps me!

Ok, so this is how I played this full game and got expert. Start out at the podium and fill it up waiting for enough people to seat at all the tables (depending on how fast or slow you are, you might have to only seat half, but I seat all). You want to seat people according to how impatient they are i.e. Businesswomen and Chatterboxes are the most impatient so they get priority. Also how fast they'll order. When seating people you want to seat the slowest ones first i.e. the Bookworms and Eldery, then you want to seat all people who order at the more normal rate a couple of seconds after the Bookworms etc, then you want to seat the Businesswomen and Chatterboxes last, as they are the fastest to order. Doing this means you can normally take the orders according to who you sat first and then deliver the food this way aswell, which means they'll be ready for desert around the same time as everyone else (if you have deserts, if not then it's just so that they'll be finished around the same time.
So once you've got enough people in, seat them all while you're still standing at the podium and then fill up the podium once more before leaving to take all the orders to the station. After this deliver all food in a chain. Then back to the podium and fill it once (you can serve snacks after filling the podium, unless there's only one or two in which case I serve it before going). Back to the tables and serve any snacks, then mop any spills and serve deserts. You want to chain all these actions, as you get more points this way). Back and fill the podium up after deserts and then click (only once) on each table to serve the checks. Back to the podium again and fill it, then clear all the dishes before going back to the podium and fill it again before seating your second round. Continue this "method" for every round. You can stand at the podium and go back and forth to the drink station (in between filling the podium) and collect a couple of drinks. Then when you seat anyone who's not entirely happy, serve them a drink. You don't have to do this, but sometimes it helps, also although they get impatient waiting, each fill of the podium makes them a little bit happier, so if you fill it twice, you'd have them a bit happier anyway. Also try for the colour matching, although it's not possible for every table, just try to get a couple of chairs on each table on a 3 or 4 times colour bonus, this will increase your points a lot.
I have to say that in this Pack they put the hardest restaurant first and after the Crypt Cafe one (which is second) you probably won't have much trouble, or that's how I found it. Good luck and I hope this helps you out a bit. Debz :)

Thanks for the advice on Waterpark Maddness Level 5....I'm also having trouble with Seasons pack level 5.  I'm going to try your advice and see if it helps in that pack also. 

Yeah I agree this game is really Hard  but would be fun if it wasn't so difficult right at the start
