I think I need your technical expertise. I downloaded and installed wedding dash but when I try to open it I get an error message that says, "Content download failed. Program must exit." I should tell you first, I know nothing about computers, but I know I have windows xp, pentium 4, 2.0 Ghz and I just recently had "more space" added. I don't normally have problems with games, this is a first for me as everything always loads fine. Any ideas? Thanks for your time.

did you download the 60 minute trial or download the game to purchase?..ill download both...are you using any security system on your pc?

hey jen i just download the trial version and it started up ok for me...make sure you have dont have any open applications during download as it could cause it not to fully download the game..i know i have to turn off my security when i download games because it like to scan everything...

if you are using any internet security programmes temporarily deactivate them, then when it starts activate them again. That is normally what the problem with games is on my computer. I have PCGaurd from my internet provider and for some reason it kwpt blockng my graphics card because it saw it as a theat, even though it was with the cmputer when we bought it before installing virus protection. Try that and if it does not work I will tell you some other solutions, but that is the most likely.
