I turned off the anti viruse but no luck. I just don't know. I'm going to take it out and try again. Playfirst e-mailed me and I e-mailed them back so I'll see what they say. In the meantime, i welcome any suggestions. Thanks a bunch!!

all i can say jen, is its something on your end...no other complaints yet...i download both the trial and full versions without error.....how old is your pc?

About 5 yrs old, but I had some things done to it 2 yrs ago. I don't normally have problems with games, they always work for me. When I try to open it a box pops up that says "downloading update - wedding dash" and you can see the blue line going across. Then the blue line disapears and an error box pops up that says "content down load failed. Program must exit" I'll wait and see what Playfirst says, if they can't help, well then i guess I wait for B-fish to get it. No big deal, I think I'll survive. Just let me know how it is, have you finished it yet? How far are you? I'm dying to know! :)

jeny by chance did it download very slowly? if it did clean out your internet browser....sometimes that helps...the download will time out if it is downloading to slowly and exit program.. this is just by my experiance..not an computer expert by a long shot...lol good luck

this maybe is a long shot but try downloading a game first that has "together" options...i.e diner dash...on the diner dash page...click play game for free...this will start a download for the game...a check update box should pop up...let me know if you can acess together...after doing this try to download wedding dash....the game is great, you will love it...i think im on level 32...im slow, as i take tons of notes...

I think your getting warmer because I just got the same thing when I tried to d-load DD1 plus together. I got the trial of SpongeBob 2 with no problem.

Just to make this more clear, the check update box did pop up, and then I got the error message. It was just like whats happening with wedding dash, same thing with the blue line and everything.

they will be adding wedding dash to together in the future it appears...for some reason after the update, it wont allow you to proceed any farther, it doesnt have anything to do with cleaning the browser, however, try downloading the newest internet explorer available...you can find the download by goggling it
