if you are using any internet security programmes temporarily deactivate them, then when it starts activate them again. That is normally what the problem with games is on my computer. I have PCGaurd from my internet provider and for some reason it kwpt blockng my graphics card because it saw it as a theat, even though it was with the cmputer when we bought it before installing virus protection. Try that and if it does not work I will tell you some other solutions, but that is the most likely.
