Ingredients??

I may be the only one who is interested in this but I'd like to know what I'm serving my customers.  I've more or less figured out most of them but Russia has me a little concerned.  Is the red whatever a beet and the green whatever peas?  Please tell me that no one would put these ingredients with chocolates.

Heh, I was just about to ask this. I'd actually love a second opinion on what most of the ingredients are, ones other than Russia included, if you have them :P

The red is indeed a beet while the green is supposed to be a date.
