Thank you to those of you who posted tips. I have been struggling with this level forever but now got in the 7300s...finally!

I'm going to keep trying but even using Jen's plan I cannot get expert on this level. Rj will you post your other method please?

I've scored 7810 after trying so many times.
For the first round, I waited until Uncle Ernie and the dark guy arrived, then I seated everyone (from left to right): The snob, the girl in blue, the snob, Chloe, Uncle Ernie, and the dark guy.
Pick up all the gifts. After that, give away the appetizers, dinners and cakes (according to order, since chaining is important).
The next rounds, just seat everyone according to whom they want to be seated with (and don't seat them with the people they refused to be seated with). Pick up the gifts. Give appetizers. Then the dinners. And lastly the cakes.
I had 3 people for the last round. I can't remember the other two, but one of them is the girl in blue.
Just keep on chaining. Don't worry if the guests waiting to be seated get impatient. Seat them immediately when someone finished their cakes. But don't pick up the gift yet. Wait until everyone else finished eating their cakes, and seat the people waiting together. then start picking up the gifts. Don't break the chain.

I've got a problem with wedding dash, it pauses every 5 seconds during the whole game. I am running vista ultimate 32bit OS and I have an AMD X2 6000+ CPU with 4 GB of RAM, 8800 GTS 640MB video card, SB Audigy Sound Card. So my PC has high enough specs to run the game.
Can you suggest anything please?
