A couple of people have requested this so I decided to post it here. Hopefully this will help you pass and get expert (which it did myself). I do have to say this restaurant was very hard to get expert in every level and it took me a few weeks of practice to get this. Good luck! Debz :)
The method is basically the same. Stand at the podium at first, fill it up once, leave to place the flowers, go back and fill it again, leave to get a drink, fill it again and then get a second drink and then fill it again before seating the Elderly Women, then fill it again before seating others. Give drinks out after filling the podium one last time, then take all orders and serve the food. Go back to the podium (if you need to*) then back to tables and serve snacks and deserts, then go back to the podium (again if you need to/can) then give out all checks (clicking only once). Back to the podium again and then clear dishes, then back to the podium before putting out flowers for the next round. I normally fill the podium at least once or twice before seating the next round, depending on whether you go back and forth to get drinks or not.

I numbered the 2 tables on the left side of the moat 1 and 2, from top to bottom, i.e. Table 1 is the one next to the order station, with Table 2 below it. Table 3 is the 2 top one on the right hand side of the moat, with Table 4 being the one directly below it. Table 5 is the 6 top one nearest the drinks station, with Table 6 below that and Table 7 below Table 6.

Round 1
This round seat the Elderly Women first, then the Joggers, then Teens and finally the Knights. Give the Knights a drink to begin with, as they might get fussy.

Table 1 - 4 Knights (Blue, 2 Red, Blue)
Table 2 - 2 Elderly Women (2 Blue)
Table 3 - 2 Elderly Women (Red, Blue)
Table 4 - 3 Teen Boys (Red, 2 Blue)
Table 5 - 6 Elderly Women (2 Yellow, 2 Red, 2 Blue)
Table 6 - 3 Joggers (1 Blue, 2 Red)
Table 7 - 4 Teen Girls (Yellow, Green, Blue, Red)

*Make sure you fill the podium between this first round, as you will lose the 4 Knights if you don't. I broke chain to do this, giving a waiting table a drink then filled up the podium and went back to the tables.

Round 2
This round is the hardest one, try to seat the Family and Teens first, but moving up the line isn't possible sometimes, so seat the Chatterboxes and give them a drink, same with the Knights (6).

Table 1 - 4 Family (Blue, Red, Purple)
Table 2 - 2 Chatterboxes (Red, Blue)
Table 3 - 2 Teen Girls (Red, Blue)
Table 4 - 3 Teen Boys (Red, 2 Blue)
Table 5 - 6 Knights (Green, Yellow, 2 Purple, Blue, Red)
Table 6 - 4 Tourists (2 Red, 2 Blue)
Table 7 - 4 Knights (Green, Yellow, Red, Blue)

Round 3
Again seat the Women & Kids, Family and Joggers all first, then the Chatterboxes and Knights.

Table 1 - 4 Knights (Red, Blue, Red, Blue)
Table 4 - 3 Joggers (2 Blue, Red)
Table 5 - 2 Women & Kids (Yellow, Green)
Table 6 - 4 Family (2 Red, Blue)
Table 7 - 3 Chatterboxes (2 Blue, Green)

Round 4
Again seat the Elderly Women and Bookworms before the Teens.

Table 4 - 3 Elderly Women (Red, 2 Blue)
Table 5 - 3 Teen Boys (2 Blue, Yellow)
Table 6 - 3 Teen Girls (Red, Blue, Green)

Lol Curly, try the Forum Games, it's normally on the list at the right hand side. It's a great way to pass time and play games and most of the games involve posting one word answers, so that's how I got so many posts lol. Hope you have fun, see you there! Debz :)
