I managed to get passed the level, so I decided to do a little walkthrough for you. I got 25,000 points on this, so good luck and I hope it helps. Debz :)

Ok, so it's the same deal as always. Start out filling the podium until all customers for first round have arrived, going back and forth to the drinks station to grab a couple of drinks (I only ever took 2 or 3 if I needed them). Seat everyone accordingly and then fill the podium one last time before leaving to take orders. Take all orders in a chain, serve a table a drink and then serve all food. Back to the podium while they eat, or serve drinks/snacks if needed (only do this if you're sure you won't lose anyone). Serve all snacks and fill the podium up. Then click all tables only once for the checks and go back and fill the podium again. After filling it, clear all dishes and fill it a few times while you get drinks and then seat the next round. Repeat again as needed.

Tables 1, 2, 3, all at top from left to right (i.e. table 1 next to the order station, table 3 near the drinks station), tables 4, 5, 6, middle ones from left to right, table 7 and 8 are the 4 top ones at the bottom, again from left to right.

Round 1
Table 1 - 1 Bookworm (Yellow)
Table 2 - 1 Bookworm (Purple)
Table 3 - 2 Girls (Green, Blue)
Table 4 - 2 Girls (Red, Yellow)
Table 5 - 2 Businesswomen (Yellow, Blue)
Table 6 - 1 Businesswomen (Purple)
Table 7 - 4 Girls (2 Blue, 2 Green)
Table 8 - 4 Businesswomen (Yellow, Blue, 2 Red)

Seat the Bookworms first, then wait a few seconds, then seat the Girls, then wait another few seconds before seating the Businesswomen. Give drinks to Businesswomen. Place the Chatterboxes on the bench to wait.

Round 2
Table 1 - 2 Businesswomen (Red, Yellow)
Table 2 - 1 Girl (Purple)
Table 3 - 2 Businesswomen (Red, Green)
Table 4 - 2 Businesswomen (Yellow, Red)
Table 5 - 2 Bookworms (Purple, Blue)
Table 6 - 2 Businesswomen (Purple, Green)
Table 7 - 4 Girls (Blue, 2 Yellow, Blue)
Table 8 - 4 Bookworms (Green, Yellow, Blue, Red)

Seat the Bookworms first, then wait a few seconds, then seat the Girls, then another few seconds before seating the Businesswomen. Give drinks to Businesswomen. After taking the orders in this round, I used the drinks guy on the phone to keep them happy whilst I filled the podium before giving out food and serving deserts.

Round 3
Table 1 - 2 Chatterboxes (2 Yellow)
Table 2 - 2 Chatterboxes (Purple, Red)
Table 8 - 4 Chatterboxes (2 Green, 2 Purple)

This should be a fast round, I filled the podium and grabbed 3 drinks, then when I sat them, I served them all a drink to make them happier. Never filled the podium up whilst serving these guys, as they get fussy waiting. Your Bookworms and Girls should wait fine, but make sure you fill the podium straight after giving all the checks.

Fill the podium again a few times before seating the last round, as they might be unhappy.

Round 4
Table 4 - 2 Bookworms (Red, Yellow)
Table 5 - 2 Girls (Blue, Green)
Table 6 - 2 Girls (Purple, Green)
Table 7 - 4 Girls (Red, 2 Blue, Green)

Again, seat Bookworms first then the girls. Give any drinks to the girls to make them happier.
