Problems with the Robot

Posted: July 30, 2007 at 01:49

I can't seem to get past the robot! I guess I'm just not fast enough! Any suggestions to avoid it?
Thanks

The robot is not really that hard. What you have to do is get ahead of him by 2 or 3 squares and get the arrows set so that he gets the batteries and doesn't hit the walls. It took me awhile to pass it too but you can do it. Good luck. Oh by the way, don't go more than 3 squares ahead of him or the arrows will flash and you'll have to reset them.

I agree. I've played this game many times and I save all my orbs for the Robot. Just finish all the other puzzles and you'll have orbs to use on the Robot and one extra. Have fun !!

Here's to a great 2008!

Sorry to hear your having problems with the robot. I noticed if you get too far ahead, by clicking on arrows, where you want to guide the robot, they'll flash and disappear quickly causing him to crash. Try to focus on one area to begin with to collect the battery, then guide him into the next area. Sometimes it's hard to see around him when you place the arrows, but hang in there, you'll get it.

Ignore the Freakin' Trolls! They're already running amuck all over the forums!

If you're still interested: w/robot at start click on square two blocks ahead or just position arrow where the 1st batteries are make sure its pointing in the next direction you want the robot to go, then just stay ahead of him by a block or two, when you get close to where a battery is then click to make arrow go in opposite direction, that way you don't run into the wall, when he gets the last battery the page is revealed.

I did manage to finish the first robot puzzle. but had to start the level over because I ran out of time and now the 2nd robot puzzle is different and alot harder. The position he starts out at makes it near impossible to get the arrow in the right position before he gets there!! This is driving me CRAZY!!!! Gotta give this game a rest and try again in a few days. This game is definately not for slowpokes!! That timer gets me every time. Wish there was a slower version, it would be alot more enjoyable!
