Hi everyone!

I played Dream Chronicles now for more than 10 times and every single time I played it I think about the Highscore. Yesterday I calculated how much points one get for time.
Per seconds you get 75 points. To come on the All-Time-Highscore-list you need 1'259'275 points.
For me this means that I have to play through the game in less than 20 Minutes! Just for getting place 100!

Is this possible? I read that someone got through the game in 24 minutes.

How are your times?

I'm not so sure about my times. The first time I played it through over a couple of days. I then found info on collecting all the dream pieces and went back through it again. I believe it took me at least an hour though. In all honesty, just like some of the score boards at PF, these high scores could be fake. The game doesn't have as many chapters as the 2nd one, but I think getting through it all in 20 minutes would be very hard, especially trying to collect all the dream pieces. I guess this is just my opinion, but don't always believe that the high scores are real. People have ways of hacking games etc nowadays and I wouldn't be surprised if this has happened.

If you do decide to try it in 20 minutes, let me know how you get on. It'd be interesting if you did manage it.

I did try it, but I just managed it in 30 minutes *phew*. I don't think you can get through it in 20 min. ...

Well done Kasdeya, I can't finish it in that time even with the Gamezebo walkthrough at my side telling me what to do lol.

If you don't use the walkthrough it is much easier, but after playing it so many times like I did, you know where all pieces are and the most difficult things I wrote down (like the Piano themes, the heads of the puppet theater, the sequences of the trees which lead you to the mansion and the stairs+lights in the mansion and finally the end with "green" "weights" "powers" etc).
So if you need direct help, ask me *lol*

P.S. If I ever will be on the "Island" I'm going to visit you in Scotland, ok? ;O)

No way for being faster, huh? :D

Maybe there isn't a way to beat it faster, but why would anyone want to? It's a beautiful game--I like playing for the beauty and intrigue. But that's me. I guess you would need to click pretty fast through all text and be really quick at finding everything. Playing the piano would be tricky too. Oh well, keep trying Kasdeya, I'm sure you'll get it!
