games wont launch??

for the last few months sometimes the games wont launch they say need to connect to playfirst when im already connect?? what is going on? is it a site problem?

Hi Brazilianbeauty... I don't have any troubles launching games ... but there are a lot of things could be the cause.. f.i. your Videocard might be updated...or the Active/DirectX.. Maybe you should contact the support by email and explain your probs. detailed... Good luck : ))

thnx for the info but i think its the site thats the problem..the games were launching fine for awhile but its been doing this off and on for a few months....i was playing them fine last week now problems again...this site sux...wont be buying anymore games off it...thats for sure...but thnx for the help..

I agree, this is extremely frustrating. It only happens to games I buy from this site. If you spend $20 on a game its nice to be able to actually play that game.

I'm now suffering from the same problem. When I launch a PlayFirst game I get a message stating I need to be able to connect to this site. I have a permanent broadband connection so that message is pretty strange. I cannot play any PlayFirst game at the moment.
