I can not unlock my game with my code. Can anyone help?

go to the email account that your signed up here with..in a message from playfirst, it will state your unlock code, your code can also be accessed by clicking on the "my account " tab on the top left of the screen, and then you can go the the tab "my purchases"..you then can get your unlock codes

Delete the hacked scores......

you can also unlock the game with your playfirst user name and password.

I have actually done all of this but it keeps saying that my unlock code and sign in info is incorrect. I did one of those forms to Playfirst so they can help me out but I just want to play it so I thought that I would ask anyone else out there if they are having problems. I wasn't even able to play the free 30 min download.

it you couldnt play the trials, then it hasnt nothing to do with unlock codes not working, as discussed in other posts, disable you security and turn off all pop up blockers, then try to download the game..

Delete the hacked scores......

I actually did turn off all of my pop up blockers and tried to reload the game several times. I am now just waiting for Playfirst to contact me regarding this. I hope I won't need to be refunded because I love playing these kinds of games.
