I'll see if I can write this intelligently, so you can get expert.

Draw it out, so you can better see what I mean.

1,4,7=green
2,5= green when SUVs overlap, or Flo or empty
8=blue
3,6,9,10=purple

My abbreviations: OG-old guy in purple suit, CG-cell phone guy, D-Derek, L-Limo, SUV, Flo

Round1 (remember the colors as listed above)
