Need help on lvl 30

Hello, I'm sorry to bother you but i needyour help. I been playing this game last week on Spring Break and well I'm kinda stuck on lvl 30. I know you can use the phone but i do that anyways and well it doesn't go very easy for me. Any suggestions? Thank you! :)
