Secret Levels

So hi! I have gotten expert on the cruise ship and the train, and it says I have unlocked the 2 new levels date night and something else, but when I click on the secret levels, nothing is there? Does anyone know why this is happening??

I would contact support. The same thing happened to me, but it was so long ago I don't remember how we fixed it.  I may have had to download it over but I'm not sure.
