I recently purchased a membership with
PlayFirst and purchased
Wedding
Dash (amongst others). I've completed the first
level of the cake (the backyard weddings), and received
expert scores on all. I play the WD game thru another site,
also, where I get credit for playing.
Problem
is, even though I am playing the game that I purchased
through PlayFirst (not the other WD game from another site)
and am working on next tier of cake ... my medal for the
backyard weddings is not showing up!
There is no
submission link within PF's game, only a screen explaining
that I can now submit my scores either anonymously or as a
PF member. No submission button or link is provided,
so I can't submit anything.
The ONLY difference between
the games is the submission button. I CAN submit via the
High Score button with the WD game thru the "other site,"
but within PlayFirst's High Score button, there is no
submission button. Just a screen that states I can submit
anonymously or as a PF member - but there is NO button to do
so.
I did a test where I loaded each game individually
and played them as such, and then loaded each game at the
same time. I cannot play the "other site's" game
unless I am online with them, for credit purposes. Anywho
... they both have different user names, show my different
levels achieved and points accrued. The "other site" lets me
submit my scores through the HIGH SCORE button, but
PlayFirst's game High Score button only shows me a screen
that states I can now submit my scores either anonymously or
as a PlayFirst member - but with NO button to submit
anything!
I'm at a loss. I've emailed PF support to
see if they can offer any answers. I really don't want to
uninstall my WD game from the other site, as I am a member
and get credit for playing there. Plus, I joined PlayFirst
not only for the games, community, but the little extras,
like medals, seemed like fun. I've played through the
first tier with expert scores on each level and beginning
tier 2. NO MEDAL is appearing for achieving what is
required for finishing the 'backyard weddings' - first medal
in WD. I'm assuming its because I can't submit
anything through PlayFirst's game --- as there is no submit
button!
Can anyone please help? Any
suggestions (besides uninstalling my other WD game) would be
appreciated.
It's frustrating, as I just became a
'paying' member
today and have this problem.
