Thanks for replying, I'll go look for the new high scores.... I started replaying yesterday trying to achieve the highest possible score (I guess as best as I can figure out), here's what I have so far...
 
1-1 = 1020
1-2 = 2600
1-3 = 5190
1-4 = 6150
1-5 = 6750 - I chose comfy chairs as the upgrade
1-6 = 5950 - I tried this several times and can't see a way to get higher
1-7 = 6750 - I chose faster chef as the upgrade
1-8 = 8710
1-9 = 6870 - I chose longer chef table as the upgrade
1-10 = 11,060
 
So far in Venue 2 here's what I have:
 
2-1 = 9030 - I chose 10 pts for tastier dinner
2-2 = 13,410
2-3 = 12,690 - I chose comfy chairs as upgrade
2-4 = 11,910
 
Getting ready to start level 2-5 - last night I couldn't even get the same score I already have for that level - heh heh.
