Jen, you are a sweetheart!  You are awesome!  This is the first Diner Dash game that I have needed help making expert goal.  From the middle of the fourth restaurant through the SpaceShip I have needed help on some levels.  I would have gone insane trying if it were not for your help.  However, I am still having trouble with level 41, and I have tried both of your methods.  I keep losing the 4 girls on the 5th round.
