How do you get the cup for each level?

Hey mv! 
You basically just play the take over again working for 100% of everything again. All 3 tanks have a star and a cup.
You do this for all three tanks, and you get the really big cup too!

thanks, I started over because my first tank looked tacky, but I had more pts, maybe I'll go back to it.

Oh mv. You don't have to start over. You can rearrange things after you've purchased them. Also, when you "trash" them, you really sell them back and get the money again.

really?  thanks, I bought mostly the stuff my fish were tell me to buy, not sure if that's the best thing, but in my new game I dived alot to get more money...not sure which is the best way to go, but thanks for the advice.
