There is only one seating configuration you must use to complete this level.  I am unable to upload the screenshot of what this should look like, so please seat as follows:
 
Counter Seating Chart

From top to bottom:
 
Green, Green, Purple, Purple,  Green, Green, Purple, Purple. 
 
Regular Table Seating Chart
 
Top left, 6-seater table:
 
left-side chairs for this table are: Purple, Purple, Yellow

More Tips for Level 50
 
1. Pick and seat the customers whose colors match the above seating chart.  This will make it easy to seat the rest of the customers, as you will already have the color-coded chart already laid out.
 
2. Stand by the podium as you are seating the guests.  This will keep adding hearts to the waiting customers and buy you some time to make sure you are seating correctly.
 
3.  Realize you can only seat a set of 4 customers at a time (due to the color seating restraints).  Because of this, make sure you serve the desserts you can for all seated customers EACH time.
 
4. You will NOT break the chain if you use the podium in between taking orders, dropping off food, dropping off desserts, etc.  Take advantage of this flaw and stand next to the podium after EACH customer delivery.
 
5. Use the phone and call the stand-in hostess.  She will stand next to the podium while you serve all the onion rings, food and desserts that you can.  I called the hostess around 20k, as I found seating the last remaining customers the most challenging.
 
6. Wait until all the customers you are planning to serve during a particular round have all ordered their onion rings, had their floor mopped or the pictures taken BEFORE you begin taking orders.  If not, you will break your chains everytime and not be able to meet your goal for this level.
